MediFollow is a web platform for post-hospitalization remote monitoring. Patients record vital signs and symptoms from home, while healthcare professionals track patient status in real time, receive automated alerts, and analyze data through interactive dashboards , improving follow-up care and reducing complications.
This project was developed at Esprit School of Engineering – Tunisia as part of the PIDEV project (Academic Year 2025–2026). Technologies: Spring Boot, Angular, MySQL.
