MediChain is a blockchain-based network for secure, decentralized handling of Electronic Health Records (EHRs). Using Ethereum for data integrity and privacy, smart contracts manage access while IPFS handles file storage. The frontend uses React.js, and the backend uses Node.js & Express.js, with Web3.js ensuring interaction and security.
